The sharing room feature in Enlyo allows you to automatically collect and share your players' content point of view with you. This means that you don't have to rely on your players to send VODs manually, and you can access all the relevant gameplay recordings automatically after the game has finished.

Please note that the sharing room provides a direct connection between computers. All members need to be online to share files, as they will disappear once someone goes offline. However, the files will be available for download again once the person comes back online. Additionally, you can adjust the number of days that the files are available in the sharing room.

How to add/remove members to the sharing room?

To add or remove members from a Sharing room, you need to access the team settings. Adding a member to the team will automatically add them to the Sharing room, while removing a member from the team will remove them from the Sharing room as well.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click on your User Profile.
2. Click on the Settings icon, which looks like a gear. This will take you to the Settings page.
3. Go to Team Settings.
4. To remove a member, click on the "X" next to their name.
5. To add a member, enter their email in the designated box and click on "Add".

How to add videos to the sharing room? (Manually & Automatically)

Sharing videos with the team in Enlyo's sharing room is simple and can be done either automatically or manually. Here are the steps:

Automatically

When you are added to the sharing room, you don't have to do anything else. Enlyo's screen recorder automatically shares recordings with the sharing room after the game has finished. Just ensure that your game is being recorded, and the recording will be automatically added to the room.

Manually

If you want to add a video manually to the sharing room, follow these steps:

1. Go to the sharing room in Enlyo.
2. Click on the "Add video" button.
3. Select the video that you want to share.
