Searching for Solutions

If you prefer to find a solution to your problem on your own, you can use our help center search function. Here are the steps to search for solutions:

  1. Click on the "User profile" located at the top of the Enlyo dashboard.
  2. Click on the “help center” button
  3. Type your query in the search bar and press enter.
  4. The search results will display articles related to your query.

We regularly update our help center articles to provide you with the most relevant and up-to-date information. Please note that not all issues can be resolved through the help center, and you may need to contact our support team for further assistance.

We recommend you join our Discord community to meet other Enlyo users. Our team is in Discord as well so it’s a good place to ask questions, report bugs, share feedback, ask for help, etc.

Contact us

In case you encounter any issues while using our platform, do not hesitate to contact our support team for assistance. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Click on the "User profile" located at the top of the Enlyo dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Contact Us” button.
  3. A pop-up window will appear, providing you with options to "plan a call," “send us a DM on Discord”, or “join our community” on Discord.
